It was about time to do a forum upgrade at Lewe.com. I tried it once earlier this year but the update routine failed for some reason. I admit I was too lazy to figure out why and put it aside for while.
The new phpBB release 3.1.6 provides a much better script for upgrading and this time it worked better. Well, it still failed but it was easier to fix it this time.
I like the new release. It seems to be faster but that might also be the result of the new theme I used. “Arty” provided some great themes for the new release that use Font Awesome and that are also responsive.
