Did you see the nice News Ticker in the lower right corner? It is a free ticker service available from www.shortnews.com and www.shortnews.de. I created a Mambo module for it so you can easily integrate it in your Mambo website. You can configure many parameters and make it look and behave just the way you want.

Description:

The Shortnews site offers two basic scroller (free of course), horzontal and vertical. Via a .cfm page you can configure your ticker online there but unfortunately that only works in Internet Explorer (uagh). Anyways, out comes a piece of Javascript code that you can copy and paste into your site.

I wrote a Mambo module for it so you can conveniently set all parameters in the Backend. You can choose font, colors, borders, different channels, languages and more.
